Rental Conditions
1. Types of rental:
1.1: Own rental:
The product is picked up by the tenant himself, set up, looked after, finally dismantled and returned. Unless otherwise agreed, this happens immediately after the event or if it lasts longer than 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. of the following day.
1.2: Rent including transport:
The product is delivered by us, set up with the help of the people present and, after training, is looked after by the tenant. After the event, the product will be picked up by the tenant after consultation with us. Billing is in addition to the rent per kilometer. Any additional work due to improper dismantling or assembly or unnecessary waiting times during collection will be charged to the renter. If an employee has to stay on site, this will be billed per hour. However, this only happens if the customer clearly requests it.
2. Additional costs:
2.1: If the product is not returned or handed over properly cleaned by the tenant, we are forced to charge a cleaning fee, these are costs between 200 and 400, - depending on the time required for cleaning.
2.2: If the product is damaged after the final inspection, these costs will of course be charged to the renter. Normal wear and tear is not included here.
2.3: In the event of grossly negligent handling of the rental objects and intentional damage by the tenant or his guests or visitors, either the full repair amount including all costs incurred or, if the products cannot be used again, the new price will be charged .
3. Cancellation:
Cancellation up to seven days before the booking date is free of charge, if the order is canceled up to 3 days before the event, the (planning) costs incurred will be charged up to a maximum of 50% of the rental costs, from 2 days all costs incurred including loss of sales due to non-rental as well as personnel and transport costs, this can be up to 100% of the rental amount.
4. General rental conditions:
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. and unless otherwise agreed in writing per day (not working day, excluding weekend flat rates). All damage caused by product defects is covered by our insurance, but we are not liable for property damage or personal injury caused by improper use or lack of supervision by the supervisor. An employee of the tenant is appointed for supervision. We exclude any liability for supervision. The designated supervisor receives the operating instructions either in writing or orally upon collection or handover, which must be observed without any necessary checks by the landlord.
